IT Envy Technology Solutions was founded by two dedicated technology professionals who share a simple belief: small and medium businesses deserve the same quality of IT support that large enterprises take for granted. We didn't start this company in a boardroom — we built it from years of hands-on experience working the support desk, managing infrastructure projects, leading IT teams, and solving the real-world technology problems that businesses face every day.
Between us, we bring decades of combined experience across managed services, network engineering, cybersecurity, physical infrastructure, and IT leadership. We've worked in environments ranging from small offices to enterprise data centers, and we've seen firsthand what works and what doesn't. That experience taught us that the biggest gap in the IT industry isn't technology — it's the human element. Too many IT providers treat their clients as ticket numbers, applying cookie-cutter solutions without taking the time to understand the business they're supposed to be serving.
We started IT Envy in Reno because this is our home.
